Our Pet Sitter template pack contains a customer registration form and a service agreement for customers to complete and sign. Please note that this is not suitable for services where you stay overnight in the owner's home, please see the pack Overnight Pet Sitting for this option.

The templates have been created in MS Word and are fully amendable.
Add your log and your company details, and the Registration Form is ready to go.
The Service Agreement requires a little more completion so that it matches your company's terms and conditions, but the areas that need information are clearly marked.
If you have any questions while completing the templates then please get in touch, I am happy to help.
